Who we are

These terms govern your use of getruined.ca (the “Site”), operated by Relax and Unwind In Nature Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company based in Lucan, Ontario, Canada. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this Site is — and is not

The Site shares personal writing, reflections and wellness practices. It is informational and personal in nature.

Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your health or in crisis, please contact a licensed practitioner or your local emergency service.

We do not run, host, lead or organise retreats, and we do not manufacture or sell any product directly through this Site.

Affiliate relationships

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, including links to BookRetreats and CBD Magic. If you book or buy through them we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed in the footer of every page and beside the relevant sections.

Any purchase or booking you make happens on the partner’s own website and is governed by that partner’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, shipping and refund rules — not ours. We are not a party to that transaction and cannot resolve disputes, process refunds or fulfil orders on a partner’s behalf.

We link to partners we are willing to recommend, but we do not control their products, their content or their availability, and we make no warranty about them.

Your use of the Site

You may read, share and link to our content. You may not copy or republish substantial portions of it as your own, use the Site to break the law, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.

Content and intellectual property

The writing, photographs and design on the Site belong to Relax and Unwind In Nature Inc. or are used with permission. Partner names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners.

If you contact us through the Site or sign up for email updates, we handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive personal information through the Site.
